HDPE GEOMEMBRANE LINERS(SHEETS)

Our complete line of smooth and textured geomembranes combines long-term durability with strength, flexibility, and ultraviolet and chemical resistance to provide an impermeable barrier for a wide variety of applications. Applications for our products include solid and hazardous waste landfills, landfill closures, secondary containment, ponds, reservoirs, fish hatcheries, irrigation canals, wastewater treatment plants, and industrial waste lagoons,etc

These products are offered in thicknesses of 0.5mm 1.0mm, 1.5mm, 2.0mm and 2.5 mm and  Rolls are 7meter wide and  length depending on the thickness of the geomembrane.

 
NON TEXTURED GEOMEMBRANE
HDPE textured geomembranes are available with either single or double sided textured  geomembrane provide an excellent frictional characteristics than the smooth products 


It can be widely used in areas of garbage burying, waste disposal, tail minerals storage and underground construction projects. 
 
STUD LINERS
Concrete Embedment Liners are designed to provide a synthetic lining surface on concrete structures or containments. 


Concrete Embedment Liners are thick sections of HDPE with a number of studs protruding from one side. The embedment liner is fastened to the inside of forms before concrete is poured to create a surface that is lined with plastic. The concrete flows around the studs anchoring the sheet firmly in place.  
 
HDPE POLY LOCKS
PolyLock is a rugged, durable HDPE profile that can be cast-in-place or inserted into wet concrete, leaving the welding surface exposed upon completion of concrete preparation.  It's a proven solution for attaching HDPE geomembrane in Steel and concrete tanks must be protected internally and externally to make sure that nothing gets out and nothing gets in. For more than 30 years, industrial and municipal professionals have relied on products and services to protect their concrete and steel tanks from corrosion and leakage. .

GEOTEXTILES (WOVEN AND NONVOVEN)
Geotextile is cloth which can be wrapped around drainage pipes for the purpose of keeping the drainage channels clear, whilst allowing water to escape. It is also widely used to control weed growth and to separate layers of different materials.

The most common product in the family of Geosynthetics is non woven geotextile fabrics. This product is a random assembly of synthetic fibers, put together, which are mechanically & thermally bonded to make into a single layer, commonly made of non woven polypropylene geotextiles and polyester types. Geo textile fabrics are manufactured that based on typical application required. The weight range of this product in civil engineering applications are typically ranging from 100gsm to 2000gsm. Its main function is 1) Filtration 2) Separation 3) Reinforcement and 4) Drainage
 
GEO CELLS

Geocells (also known as Cellular Confinement Systems) are three-dimensional honeycombed cellular structures that form a confinement system when infilled with compacted soil. Extruded from polymeric materials into strips welded together ultrasonically in series, the strips are expanded to form the stiff (and typically textured and perforated) walls of a flexible 3D cellular mattress or slab. Infilled with soil, a new composite entity is created from the cell-soil interactions.

The cellular confinement reduces the lateral movement of soil particles, thereby maintaining compaction and forms a stiffened mattress or slab that distributes loads over a wider area. The result is high bearing capacity even from inferior fill material, reduction of structural layer thickness and longer-term durability. Traditionally used in slope protection and earth retention applications, geocells made from advanced polymers are being increasingly adopted for long-term road and rail load support.

 
GEOGRIDS (HDPE)

There are many types of geogrid available on the market Geogrid usually constructed of polyethylene, polypropylene or polyester. The most common use is for renforcement of unstable soil and waste masses and widely used in civil construction over the whole world. It is manufactured on the basis of high-impact polyethylene and polypropylene. Geogrids are used as reinforcement materials on mellow soils for railway and car roads, parking places, landing grounds and for the reinforcement of bridge piers, slopes and earth banks, for erosion protection of slopes

GEOSYNTHETIC CLAY LINNER (GCL)
Geosynthetic clay liners (gcls) are high performance needle punched environmental reinforced composites which combine two durable geotextile outer layers with a uniform core of natural sodium bentonite clay to form a hydraulic barrier. Fibers from the non-woven geotextile are needle punched through the layer of bentonite and incorporated into the other geotextile (either a woven or non-woven).when hydrated under a confining load, the bentonite swells to form a low permeability clay layer with the equivalent hydraulic protection of several feet of compacted clay.

GEO NET
Geo-Net, also called drainage net Geonets are composite grid constructions used for drainage capabilities. Usually a geotextile is used as the drainage core with an upper and lower section of geomembrane. Geo-Nets are commonly used between two geomembrane liners as part of a leak detection system.
 
GEO COMPOSITES
Geocomposites include geotextile bonded to at least one side of the geonet. The geonets/geocomposites are laid in geotechnical construction sites in the direction of expected drainage flow geocomposite consists of a combination of geotextiles, geogrids, geonets and/or geomembranes in a factory fabricated unit.
 
GEO TUBES
Geotubes used in hydraulic applications can prevent the erosion of shorelines, and in some cases restore lost shorelines as well. Geotubes can also be used to reclaim entire islands that are being lost, due to wave action from increased shipping traffic.
